Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Follow up with clients regularly to understand their feedback and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work toward improving the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, repeat business, and referrals.
- Prepare regular reports related to client activities and performance.




- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and pending requirements.
- Meet assigned customer service and business development targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client handling, relationship management, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.

Pay: ₹15,746.04 - ₹58,062.18 per month
