Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production and manufacturing activities.

- Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Follow factory safety rules and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain production, attendance, inventory, and shift records.
