Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Understand client needs and provide suitable products or services.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

- Handle client queries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.

- Identify opportunities to increase business and generate additional revenue.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and other teams to meet client requirements.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and account-related documentation.

- Track account performance, payments, renewals, and business opportunities.

- Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings.





- Ensure timely delivery of products or services and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Positive relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,746.04 - ₹58,062.18 per month
