Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager with comprehensive, end-to-end expertise in GST compliance to lead our accounting team and oversee main office financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess authoritative knowledge of GST regulations and filings, alongside solid team leadership and general accounting management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive GST & Tax Management: Demonstrate full, end-to-end knowledge of GST laws, rules, rates, and classification.Handle GST audit proceedings, respond to official notices, and resolve complex tax queries without external supervision.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Guide, mentor, and supervise the junior accounting team. Delegate daily operational tasks, review financial entries for accuracy, and train staff on correct GST application and accounting best practices.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:



Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes. Draft comprehensive financial statements, manage cash flow projections, and prepare variance reports for senior management.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, customer billing, and aging schedules to optimize working capital. Ensure all tax deductions (TDS/TCS) and GST liability calculations on invoices are accurate.
- Audits & Internal Controls: Establish robust internal accounting controls. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and statutory auditors, ensuring complete legal and regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
