Job Summary

Paramount Propack Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting functions within a manufacturing or trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Prepare GST workings, returns, and ensure statutory compliance.

Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.

Maintain vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.

Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external agencies as required.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.





Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

3–4 years of relevant accounting experience in a Manufacturing or Trading company.

Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
