OroCraft Jewellery is establishing India's first dedicated 24KT gold jewellery manufacturing house, positioning purity as a new category in the Indian market. We are seeking a hands-on IT Executive to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, networking, and day-to-day technology operations across the office and manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process transactions, and support the Accounts & Finance team. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.




- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Verify bills, invoices, supporting documents, and expense claims.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and maintain relevant records.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in an Accounts/Finance role.
- Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
