- Understand the specific needs and issues of corporate clients regarding Tally ERP, GST, and TDS.

- Assist clients and troubleshoot the errors to make the operation run smoother. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided for future reference and quality assurance.

- Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of the voice support team to ensure high standards of customer service and support are maintained.

- Stay updated with the latest changes in GST and TDS provisions and Tally ERP updates to provide accurate and current information to clients.

- Implement a feedback mechanism to gather client feedback on the support provided, using this data to improve services continuously.
