Job Summary

Avron Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial record maintenance, billing coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, GST, and hospital financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

- Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and ledger accounts.

- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.

- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collections.

- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and accounting discrepancies.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.





- Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by management.

Hospital-Specific Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Billing, Pharmacy, Purchase, and other departments for accounting-related transactions.

- Verify patient billing settlements and daily collection reports where required.

- Maintain records of hospital expenses, vendor payments, and departmental expenditures.

- Assist in monitoring revenue and expense-related reports.

- Ensure proper accounting of insurance, corporate, and cash transactions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.

- Experience in a hospital or healthcare organization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
