Account and Finance Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and supporting management with timely reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update books of accounts, including sales, purchases, expenses, and ledgers.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns accurately and on time.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and oversee cash flow.
- Handle client and vendor invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment follow-ups.
- Process payroll and manage statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.




- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance .
- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
