This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Accelerator Programm - Software Engineer (Stocks) based in India. This is an early-career software engineering chance within a 3–6 month accelerator program focused on hands-on development in the digital assets space.

The role provides practical exposure to building and maintaining core business products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will contribute to backend development, interface documentation, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving across business modules.

You will work closely with QA and customer support teams to resolve issues and turn customer feedback into opportunities for system improvement.

The position offers an opportunity to strengthen your Java, microservices, databases, and middleware expertise through real-world projects.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, develop transferable professional skills, and expand your global network.

Accountabilities

- Participate in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of core business products, contributing to reliable and scalable software solutions.
- Compile and implement interface documentation for assigned business modules, helping ensure clear technical communication and maintainable integrations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues identified by QA teams, applying strong analytical and debugging skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Support the customer service team in resolving customer-reported technical problems and help categorize recurring issues to inform future system improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, customer support, and other stakeholders to improve product stability, usability, and overall system performance.




- Apply software engineering best practices while continuously developing technical knowledge through hands-on project experience.

Requirements

- Current university student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another computer-related discipline.
- Solid foundation in Java, with an understanding of core concepts such as multithreading and networking.
- Familiarity with the Spring microservices framework and an understanding of its underlying operating mechanisms.
- Experience or knowledge working with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database.
- Familiarity with common middleware technologies such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and approach technical challenges methodically.
- Solid teamwork, communication, and learning skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-moving international environment.
- Fluent English is required to communicate and coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous exposure to Web3 projects or blockchain-related development is preferred.
