Action DnA is an established Soft Skills Training organization with 18+ years of experience, offering training in Personality Development, Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Leadership, Interview & GD Skills, Business English, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills.

We work with students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, schools, colleges, corporates and organizations.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and growth-oriented Academic Counsellor & Soft Skills Trainer who can initially support counselling, coordination and admissions and progressively develop into a professional soft-skills trainer through our in-house Trainer Development Program.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from students, parents and professionals

Counsel prospective learners and understand their training requirements

Follow up with leads and coordinate admissions

Coordinate batches, appointments and training schedules

Support college, school and corporate training activities

Assist senior trainers during workshops and training programs

Gradually conduct soft-skills training sessions after completing the required training

Participate in Action DnA/NEXGEN trainer-development activities

Maintain professional relationships with learners and clients

Who Can Apply?

Any Graduate / Engineer / MBA

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Candidates with experience in counselling, teaching, training, sales or education are preferred

Excellent spoken English and Tamil

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Passion for mentoring and developing people

Experienced candidates may be considered for an appropriate level based on their skills and experience.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Salary will be based on skills, communication ability, experience and role responsibilities.
