Key Responsibilities

- Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for study abroad aspirants




- Understand client requirements and recommend best-fit study options
- Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversions using the CRM system
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes
- Stay updated on admission procedures, scholarships, and visa guidelines (training provided)
- Build long-term trust with students and parents through transparent communication

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in any sales-oriented role with professional communication etiquette or admission sourcing will be an added advantage
- Freshers with robust communication skills, the ability to work toward business development goals within tight timelines, and a positive learning mindset are welcome
- Graduation preferred (relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications)

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly salary up to 20,000 + performance-based incentives
