We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead convertion to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer relationship and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
