Academic Head cum Operations

SLBS Marklance – Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala

SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Head cum Operations to manage academic activities, faculty coordination, student experience, and overall branch operations at our Vyttila branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day academic and branch operations.
- Plan and monitor academic schedules, classes, examinations, and training programs.
- Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and academic teams.
- Monitor faculty performance, attendance, class quality, and student feedback.
- Manage student onboarding, academic support, and issue resolution.
- Track student progress, attendance, performance, and course completion.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch functioning.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and professional standards.
- Support student engagement, retention, placements, and overall satisfaction.
- Prepare regular academic and operational reports for management.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- 3–6 years of experience in academic administration, education management, branch operations, or similar roles.
- Experience managing faculty/training teams and students.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of academic planning and operational management.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a target-driven setting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
- Prior experience in the education/training industry is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be currently based in Kerala.
