We are looking for a confident and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our growing creative education institute. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling enquiries, explaining courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Understand students' career interests and recommend suitable courses
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission process
- Explain course details and benefits clearly and effectively




- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication
- Convert leads and enquiries into admissions
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with management and faculty teams
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech, Inside Sales, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents
- Good command of Hindi and basic English
- Confident and skilled personality
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
