Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand students’/parents’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain courses/test series and their benefits.
- Handle queries, objections and negotiations.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Nurture leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Provide student-focused academic counselling

ELIGIBILITY

Any Graduate

Fresher / Experienced

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent and professional in Hindi & English

Good sales, counselling, objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Empathetic and able to understand student needs.

Comfortable with follow-ups and lead nurturing.
