Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Educational Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable career-oriented training programs and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students through calls, emails, online meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and interests.
- Recommend suitable courses based on their career aspirations.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, internships, placement support, and career opportunities.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Assist students with applications, documentation, fee payments, and onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Manage leads from websites, social media, job portals, referrals, webinars, and other sources.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.




- Coordinate with marketing, training, and placement teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Career Counseling, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Academic Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
