- Lead the strategic and operational management of the Education Programme across 4 schools, driving educational excellence and student outcomes for children with Intellectual Disability (ID).
n
- Define individualised learning, development, independence, and transition goals for students.
n
- Strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, quality standards, and continuous improvement across schools.
n
- Develop transition pathways toward adulthood, vocational training, employment, and independent living.
n
- Build the capabilities of school heads, educators, and support teams through career development, coaching, and best practices.
n
- Use student and programme data to monitor outcomes, evaluate impact, and drive improvements.
n
- Foster collaboration across Education, Healthcare, MEL, HR, Finance, Fundraising, and Communications.
n




- Build strategic partnerships with government, academic institutions, and sector organisations, and represent the organisation at relevant forums.
n
