We are looking for an experienced ABAP HR qualified with 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and India Payroll testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and execute test scenarios and detailed test cases for SAP HCM processes.
- Perform end-to-end testing of SAP HCM India Payroll processes.
- Validate payroll results and identify discrepancies or defects.
- Execute regression testing to ensure system stability after changes.




- Support SAP HCM implementation and testing activities, preferably for India Payroll.
- Analyze test results, document defects and coordinate for resolution.
- Work closely with techno-functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure testing activities meet defined quality and business requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

2+ years of relevant SAP HCM/HR experience

Strong hands-on India Payroll testing experience

Good understanding of payroll processes

Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days

Local Bangalore candidates only
