- Strong experience in ETL / data processing / data warehousing / data engineering / RDBMS.

- Solid experience with Abinitio (GDE), understanding source to target ETL mappings, design + development of Abinitio graphs.

- Experience in Data Processing and ETL in On-prem and Cloud based systems.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) for automation and deployment.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

- Expertise in SQL, advanced SQL skills.

- Hands-on experience on UNIX shell scripts to automate routine tasks

- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies

- Ability to design, develop, test, and deliver end to end data engineering solutions with strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability

- Apply engineering best practices and maintain high code quality through reviews and continuous improvement

- Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and engineers to define requirements and assess feasibility

- Support sprint planning and estimation, and own delivery of committed work end to end

- Drive definition of done, including unit/integration testing and strong non functional quality standards
