Role Description: The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations that clearly communicate architectural concepts and interior design intent. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, the individual will collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate sketches, drawings, and design briefs into detailed 3D models, materials, lighting setups, and composited visuals. Day-to-day tasks include developing realistic views and walkthroughs, refining visualizations based on feedback,



coordinating with the design team on project timelines, and preparing graphics for client presentations and internal reviews.

The role also involves maintaining a consistent visual language for the studio’s portfolio, supporting marketing and competition entries with compelling imagery, and staying updated on visualization tools and techniques.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in visualization and lighting, with the ability to create realistic, atmospheric 3D renderings.
- Proficiency in 3D and related software for visually appealing renders and visual storytelling.
- Solid drawing skills, including interpreting architectural drawings and translating them into accurate 3D models.
- Experience with industry-standard 3D and visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, or similar).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools for post-processing and graphic refinement.
- Attention to detail, strong aesthetic judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, visual arts, or a related field; prior studio experience is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines responsibly.
- The candidate should be local in Ludhiana or from nearby places or must be ready to relocate.
