About the Role-

We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Designer to develop high-quality POSM, retail displays and brand activation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing POSM, retail displays, kiosks, exhibition structures, in-store branding, promotional units or similar physical display solutions. You should be able to understand a brief, develop creative concepts and convert them into practical designs that can be fabricated and executed.

Key Responsibilities-

- Create 3D concepts and detailed designs for POSM, retail displays, kiosks, exhibition structures, promotional units and brand activations.
- Convert client and business requirements into creative, visually appealing and practical 3D concepts.
- Develop 3D models, renders and design presentations for client and internal discussions.
- Create multiple design options based on branding, space, product visibility, functionality and project requirements.
- Consider dimensions, materials, structure, stability and fabrication/production feasibility while designing.
- Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure designs are successfully converted into finished displays.
- Incorporate client feedback and production inputs into designs.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, proportions, detailing and final outputs.
- Research new display concepts, materials and design trends and bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple design assignments while meeting project timelines.

What We’re Looking For-

- Hands-on experience in 3D design and visualization, preferably in POSM, retail display, visual merchandising, exhibition, brand activation or advertising production.
- Robust visual sense and the ability to create innovative,



brand-focused POSM concepts that are both visually impactful and commercially/practically executable.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and create designs that maintain brand consistency while meeting display and execution requirements.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop concepts independently.
- Good understanding of physical structures, materials and production/fabrication feasibility.
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Ability to understand briefs quickly and translate them into practical 3D solutions.
- Good coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Background- Candidates from POSM companies, retail display companies, advertising agencies, exhibition/event companies, brand activation agencies, visual merchandising companies or similar businesses are strongly preferred.

Relevant experience with POSM, FSU/CDU displays, kiosks, retail fixtures, exhibition structures, product displays or in-store branding will be an advantage.

Software-

Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, KeyShot, AutoCAD or equivalent 3D design/rendering software.

Software expertise alone will not be the deciding factor. Design quality, relevant industry experience and portfolio strength are more important.

Portfolio Requirement-

A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should be able to share examples of their 3D design work. Experience showcasing POSM, retail displays, kiosks, exhibitions, brand activations or similar physical display solutions will be strongly preferred.

Salary: Good hike on your current compensation, competitive and commensurate with experience, skills and portfolio.
