We blend performance marketing, brand storytelling, and field activation to scale demand in a high-growth, mission-driven industry. Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and field channels tailored for solar product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Manage performance marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) and optimize ROAS through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion funnel analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and channel partners to align marketing messaging, lead gen initiatives, and in-market activation calendars across 5+ Indian regions.
- Develop compelling content for social media, email, and landing pages—translating tech-heavy solar benefits into consumer-friendly narratives.
- Track, report,



and analyze campaign KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) using Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and CRM dashboards.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and video teams to deliver on-brand creatives and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Google Ads

- CRM tools (HubSpot or Zoho)
- UTM tracking
