About Route39

Route39 is an EV mobility company operating a growing fleet of electric 3-wheelers. We are looking for an experienced 3-Wheeler Mechanic / EV Auto Technician to join our Bangalore operations and take care of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in 3-wheelers.
- Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Handle repairs related to brakes, suspension, steering, tyres and other mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and EV-related issues.
- Inspect vehicles and identify faults before they affect operations.
- Maintain service and repair records for vehicles.
- Carry out breakdown support when required.
- Ensure vehicles are in safe and roadworthy condition.
- Coordinate with the fleet and operations team for vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment properly.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a 3-wheeler / auto mechanic.




- Experience with electric auto-rickshaws or EVs is an added advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of automobile mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and EV systems.
- Ability to diagnose and solve vehicle problems independently.
- Experience working with commercial vehicles is preferred.
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
- Must be responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
- Willing to work in a fast-growing EV mobility company.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and technical skills.
