Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities through effective relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 8-19 years' experience in branch banking or retail liabilities management.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Solid understanding of retail branch banking operations, including CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products.
