Key Responsibilities-

Lead & motivate the sales team




Generate and convert property sales leads
Handle CRM follow-ups, client meetings & site visits
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Track team performance & maintain CRM reports
Coach team members and manage channel partners

We’re Looking For-

* 1+ year experience in real estate sales
* Team handling/leadership experience
* Robust communication & negotiation skills
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Noida/Greater Noida market knowledge preferred
