The role will focus on identifying, inviting, engaging, and confirming
senior IT decision-makers and C-level executives
for our technology events, conferences, roundtables, and executive gatherings across the
UAE and GCC .
Key Responsibilities
Delegate acquisition through
telecalling, LinkedIn, email and other outreach channels
Invite and confirm
CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, IT Managers and other senior decision-makers
Understand event-specific audience criteria and ensure delegates are properly qualified
Maintain accurate registration and confirmation databases
Conduct pre-event reconfirmation and follow-ups to maximize attendance
Consistently achieve individual registration and attendance targets
Build and maintain solid relationships with senior professionals for future events
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of experience
in delegate acquisition, telemarketing, lead generation or B2B event audience acquisition
Excellent
English communication and telephone skills
Confident speaking with senior/C-level executives
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Good understanding of
LinkedIn and online research
