About the Role
Kasplo is looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure & Technical Support Intern who is interested in building a career in System Administration, Networking, Email Infrastructure, and Technical Support .

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work with internal IT systems, infrastructure, email operations, and technical customer support. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on their performance .

What You'll Work On
Set up and troubleshoot employee laptops, software, and system issues
Support office internet, Wi-Fi, and networking
Manage IT assets, software access, and basic configurations
Work with DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, and email infrastructure
Monitor email delivery systems, logs, queues, errors, and bounces
Assist with server and MTA monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting
Handle technical support requests and troubleshoot SMTP, API, and email delivery issues
Analyse infrastructure data and identify root causes
Maintain system and infrastructure documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and IT vendors when required

What We're Looking For
Graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, IT, Networking,



or a related field
Basic knowledge of Linux and computer networking
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication
Interest in servers, cloud infrastructure, and email technology
Basic command-line/Linux knowledge
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work on real production systems

⭐ Good to Have
Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
Basic Shell or Python scripting
Understanding of APIs and webhooks
Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Exposure to Linux servers, monitoring, or ticketing tools

Internship → Full-Time Opportunity
This is a 3-month internship with a ₹15,000/month stipend .

Based on your technical learning, troubleshooting ability, ownership, reliability, communication, and overall performance , you may be offered a full-time prospect with Kasplo upon successful completion of the internship.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
