US Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound calls with US & UK customers
Provide qualified customer support and resolve queries
Generate, qualify & follow up on leads
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Achieve sales, lead generation & performance targets
Maintain accurate customer & call records
Follow process guidelines and quality standards

✔️ Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge
