- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Perform installation and configuration of desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.
- Install and configure office automation tools.
- Support basic M365 application, antivirus and endpoint security management.
- Communicate effectively with end-users and internal teams.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in troubleshooting and installation of IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners)
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, antivirus tools and endpoint security
- Basic knowledge about Servers, Switches, and Routers
- Positive communication skills and professional conduct
- Open to traveling to client locations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
