Role

We are looking for a motivated academic counsellor to handle students and scholars, explain academic and research services, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Responsibilities

- Handle leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel students and scholars regarding academic services.
- Explain services, pricing, and processes.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve admission and conversion targets.

Commission Structure

20% commission on successful admissions.

Example:
PhD Admission/Admin Fee: ₹50,000
Counsellor Commission: 20% = ₹10,000 per admission

Potential Earnings:





- 1 Admission = ₹10,000
- 3 Admissions = ₹30,000
- 5 Admissions = ₹50,000

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Robust follow-up and sales abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in counselling, sales, or telecalling is preferred.
