Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete sales and admissions operation for Kanhangad.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor KPIs.
- Drive lead conversion, follow-ups, counselling, and admissions.
- Develop local sales strategies for Kanhangad and nearby markets.
- Train, coach, and motivate Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Counsellors.
- Monitor CRM, sales pipeline, conversion ratio, and revenue.
- Handle key student/parent enquiries and support major closures.




- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech.
- Strong experience managing sales teams and revenue targets.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong Malayalam and English communication.
- Good knowledge of CRM and sales analytics.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Compensation

BEST IN INDUSTRY + HIGH PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

Ideal Profile: Sales Head / Branch Head / Sales Manager / Admissions Head with solid EdTech sales + team-handling + revenue-generation experience.

Pay: ₹24,505.13 - ₹95,838.78 per month
