Hair O Craft Clinic is looking for a Call Centre Team Lead to manage the calling team, improve lead conversion, and ensure timely customer follow-ups and appointment bookings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the call centre team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and enquiries.
- Monitor team performance and call quality.
- Train and support team members.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Maintain daily performance reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in call centre, telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Previous team-handling experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
