Experience: 2–3 Years
Department: Medical Surgical Nursing
- Teach Medical Surgical Nursing theory and practical classes to nursing students.
- Plan and deliver lectures, clinical demonstrations, and practical sessions.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and provide guidance in patient care.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examinations.
- Assess and evaluate students' academic and clinical performance.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and clinical documentation.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic activities.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, and other academic activities.
- Coordinate with faculty members and clinical staff to ensure effective clinical training.
- Maintain qualified standards and follow institutional policies.
