We design cutting-edge Values Education Labs, physical learning elements, installations, and interactive experiences that make learning engaging and experiential.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer who can take concepts from idea to design, prototype, and final execution. The role involves translating educational concepts into functional, engaging, safe, aesthetically appealing, and manufacturable physical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concepts for learning elements, installations, displays, furniture, and interactive products.
- Translate educational and experiential concepts into practical physical designs.
- Create sketches, layouts, 2D drawings, 3D models, technical drawings, and renders.
- Develop designs considering child safety, usability, ergonomics, aesthetics, space, budget, and functionality.
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, mechanisms, and fabrication methods.
- Develop prototypes and work closely with fabricators, carpenters, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Prepare fabrication-ready drawings, specifications, dimensions, and material details.
- Conduct site visits and adapt designs based on school spaces and site constraints.
- Coordinate with Academic, Design, Infra,



and Project Teams during design development, fabrication, and installation.
- Monitor prototypes and final execution to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.
- Identify design and execution challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Research new materials, design trends, and innovative learning solutions and continuously improve existing products.

Required Skills

- Strong product conceptualization, spatial thinking, and design skills.
- Good understanding of materials, fabrication, manufacturing, and prototyping.
- Understanding of child-friendly, ergonomic, safe, and functional design.
- Ability to convert concepts into practical, manufacturable products.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Software Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modelling/rendering tools.
Knowledge of SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in product, furniture, interior, installation, or experiential design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing physical products, installations, prototypes, or design projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
