We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant with prior experience in an export company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- - Reconcile export bills and shipping bills
- - Reconcile bank statements and online payment gateways - PayPal, Pioneer, and Skydo
- - Maintain the salary register (updated online)
- - Handle stock/inventory records (updated online)
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in an export company, with hands-on bank and online payment reconciliation (PayPal, Pioneer etc - FIRC)
- - Experience with Zoho Books preferred, since we plan to integrate it with our Shopify store (not mandatory)
- - Comfortable maintaining records digitally/online rather than only on paper
Timing: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Part time)
Salary: Rs. 8,500 per month
Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (in-person)
