Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Soft Skills Trainer cum Placement Officer responsible for delivering soft skills and employability training to candidates and managing placement activities. The candidate will prepare trainees for employment through communication, personality development, interview preparation, and workplace-readiness training, while also coordinating with employers to facilitate suitable job placements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Soft Skills Training

- Conduct training sessions on Communication Skills, English, Personality Development, and Employability Skills.
- Train candidates in interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct sessions on Resume/CV preparation, interview skills, group discussions, and presentation skills.
- Organize mock interviews, role plays, group discussions, and other employability activities.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and mentoring.




- Maintain trainee participation and training records as required.

2. Placement Activities

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and potential employers.
- Identify suitable job opportunities according to candidates' skills, qualifications, and job roles.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Prepare candidates for employer interviews and selection processes.
- Coordinate candidate mobilization for interviews and joining.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Maintain placement-related records, employer details, interview schedules, offer letters, and joining documents.
- Support post-placement follow-up and candidate retention activities.

3. Employer Coordination

- Regularly communicate with HR teams and recruiters for job opportunities.
- Collect and verify job requirements, salary details, location, working conditions, and eligibility criteria.
- Develop a database of employers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate employer visits and recruitment drives at the training centre.
