Labour Helper / MazdoorJob SummaryWe are looking for hardworking and responsible Labour Helpers / Mazdoors to support day-to-day work at our site/workplace. The candidate will assist workers and supervisors with material handling, loading/unloading, cleaning, shifting materials, and other general labour activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist skilled workers and supervisors in daily work activities.
- Load, unload, lift, carry, and shift materials as required.
- Move raw materials, tools, equipment, and finished goods within the work area.
- Assist in arranging and storing materials properly.
- Support workers during construction, manufacturing, installation, or other assigned activities.
- Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping of the work area.
- Keep tools, equipment, and materials organized.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and senior workers.
- Assist in preparing and handling materials for daily work.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.




- Follow all company safety rules and use safety equipment when required.
- Complete other general labour and helper duties assigned by management.
- Candidate RequirementsNo specific educational qualification required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to lift and move materials as required.
- Willing to work in a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Valuable work discipline and safety awareness.
- Prior experience as a Labour, Mazdoor, Helper, Factory Helper, Construction Helper, or General Worker will be an advantage.
