Customer Care Executive

Naturaltein India | Chandigarh

Naturaltein is looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the voice of our brand and help create a thoughtful, seamless experience for our customers.

What you’ll do

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer queries primarily through email and digital channels

•⁠ ⁠Resolve issues with patience, clarity and ownership

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for order, delivery and product-related queries

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer calls as the role evolves

What we’re looking for

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in customer support/customer service

•⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication in English

•⁠ ⁠Valuable problem-solving and follow-through

•⁠ ⁠Someone who is warm, responsible and genuinely cares about customers

•⁠ ⁠Chandigarh-based / comfortable working from office

Working Days: Monday-Friday + Saturday (half-day).
