As we expand our franchise network across India, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager who can manage franchise enquiries, communicate confidently with prospective investors and convert qualified leads into successful franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle, from initial enquiry to final closure.
- Handle inbound franchise leads received through calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns and other channels.
- Conduct calls, online meetings and franchise presentations with prospective investors.
- Understand each prospect’s budget, preferred location and business requirements.
- Clearly explain the Laundrywala franchise model, investment, support and onboarding process.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate professionally and close qualified franchise leads.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations and onboarding teams after closure.
- Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Identify franchise opportunities across different cities and markets in India.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, business development or a similar role.




- Previous experience in selling franchise or investment-based business opportunities is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable communicating through phone calls, WhatsApp, video meetings and face-to-face meetings.
- Good understanding of lead qualification, follow-ups and sales conversion.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead-management tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal marketing and operations teams.
