Location: Thiruporur, Chennai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹26,000–₹28,000 Take-Home per month

Working Hours: 9 Hours per shift

Working Days: 26 Days per month

Job Description:

- Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating efficiently.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth food preparation and service.
- Maintain and safely operate kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy hours.




- Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Chinese Chef.
- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to handle a busy/high-volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Thiruporur, Chennai.
