As the primary point of contact for our guests, a Baskin Robbins Crew Member delivers exceptional customer service, crafts high-quality treats, and maintains an efficient, clean, and well-stocked store setting.

- Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence: Welcome every customer warmly, offer product samples, provide friendly menu recommendations, and efficiently process orders with a positive attitude.

Product Preparation: Accurately scoop ice cream, blend milkshakes, build sundaes, package hand-packed quarts, and decorate simple ice cream cakes according to brand standards.

Cashiering & POS Operations: Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, manage cash and digital payments, and apply active promotions or loyalty rewards.

Daily Inventory & Stock Reporting:





- Perform end-of-day/shift physical counts of ice cream tubs, toppings, dry goods (cones, cups, spoons), and packaging materials.
- Log opening/closing stock levels and reconcile usage against daily POS sales reports to track consumption and variances.
- Record and report any product wastage, spoilage, or damaged items immediately to the Store Manager.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight low-stock items ahead of daily/weekly vendor orders.

Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. Regularly sanitize counters, tables, scoop buckets, and dipping cabinets; keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas spotless.

Stocking & FIFO Execution: Restock dipping cabinets, topping bars, and service stations throughout the shift using FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation rules.

Teamwork & Operations: Assist management with daily opening/closing checklists, collaborate with team members during peak rush hours, and report equipment issues promptly.
