? Job Type: Full Time | Work From OfficeAbout the RoleShagun Travels is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate bookings and sell our travel packages.

We mainly deal in Char Dham Yatra, Do Dham Yatra, Ek Dham Yatra and Domestic Holiday Packages.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming travel leads through calls, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
- Explain packages, itinerary, hotels, meals, transportation and sightseeing clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and bookings.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build valuable relationships with customers and provide professional assistance.




- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
- Upsell suitable packages and additional travel services.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident in talking to customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous travel sales / telecalling / sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
