Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for Motilal Housing Finance to drive business for Home Loan and LAP products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through open market and field sales activities.
- Acquire current customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Develop relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit/operations teams.




- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC or banking sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer acquisition and field-sales skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in an open-market sales environment.
- Graduation preferred.
