About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. - Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain our services, processes, pricing, and timelines clearly.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and payments.




- Convert qualified leads into successful clients.
- Achieve individual and team-based targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
