Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.

- Explain project details, property options, pricing, and offers to interested customers.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.

- Maintain and update customer information and call records.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Build good relationships with prospective clients and ensure regular follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation goals.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

- Fresher candidates with positive communication skills are welcome.

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
