Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller & Demonstration Executive to connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and convert qualified leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting software solutions, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain the company's software products and services professionally.
- Schedule and conduct online/offline product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Gujarati speaking ability will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduation is an added advantage.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Business Development is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Advantages

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on interview performance and experience)

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 09:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1 Hour Lunch Break
