* Manage and monitor *Double Tick automation* and WhatsApp-based communication processes

* Handle *WhatsApp automation*, chatbot workflows, templates, triggers, and automated responses

* Manage and maintain *Zoho applications and CRM processes*

* Provide technical support for CRM, WhatsApp, automation tools, and internal systems

* Handle *CRM data, customer records, lead management, follow-ups, and process tracking*

* Identify repetitive manual processes and implement *process automation* solutions

* Develop and maintain *chat process automation* to improve response time and customer experience

* Work on *Double Tick chat process automation* and ensure proper workflow functioning

* Troubleshoot technical issues related to automation, CRM, WhatsApp, and chat systems

* Coordinate with customer support and other departments to understand process requirements

* Train and configure *AI modules* based on customer support requirements and business processes

* Assist in *AI training for chat support*, including response patterns, FAQs, workflows, and escalation processes

* Monitor AI-generated responses and identify areas for improvement

* Maintain documentation of automation workflows, processes,



and technical configurations

* Test new automation features and ensure smooth implementation

* Analyse automation performance and suggest improvements to reduce manual work

* Support the team in implementing new automation tools and technologies

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of *WhatsApp Business/API and WhatsApp automation*

* Hands-on experience with *Double Tick automation*

* Knowledge of *Zoho CRM and Zoho applications*

* Understanding of *CRM handling and customer support processes*

* Knowledge of *chatbot and chat process automation*

* Basic understanding of *AI tools and AI training*

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Understanding of workflow and process automation

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to learn and work with current automation and AI tools quickly
