1. Job PurposeTo supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth production, optimum manpower utilization, product quality, food safety, hygiene, and timely completion of production targets while maintaining a secure and disciplined working environment.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations

- Supervise daily production activities according to the production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time and quantity.
- Monitor production processes, machinery, and workflow.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, rejection, and material losses.
- Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding production planning and operational issues.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Manpower Management

- Allocate duties and workstations to production staff.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and discipline.
- Train and guide workers on production procedures, hygiene, safety, and SOPs.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability for each shift.
- Maintain proper shift handover and communication.
