Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Collection / Recovery

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months (in Telecalling / Collection)

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about overdue payment schedules.
- Educate customers on outstanding dues and guide them through online payment options on MobiKwik.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of call logs, commitments to pay (PTP), and customer feedback.
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely recovery while maintaining skilled etiquette.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines, ethical collection standards, and compliance regulations.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or collections/debt recovery (banking or fintech domain preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and basic knowledge of financial/loan products.
- Languages: Good command over Hindi and basic working English.
